We are fortunate to have had Sondra on our hygiene team for such a long tenure. She excels in oral health management, particularly with the more sophisticated types of cases that we often see in our practice. Sondra has been president of the Razorback Dental Hygiene Study Club as well as a Northwest District Trustee for the State Dental Hygiene Association. She received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene education from Wichita State University. Sondra has one son and spends much of her free time volunteering at schools and enjoying her son’s participation in a variety of sports and school events.
Tammy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Tammy strives to make each patient’s visit to our office relaxing and enjoyable. She enjoys helping patients understand and accomplish their dental needs. Tammy is a Registered Dental Hygienist and received her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas Medical School in 1994. She spends most of her spare time caring for her family and enjoying water sports on Beaver Lake.
Diane, Registered/Certified Dental Assistant

Diane’s warm and friendly demeanor ensures each patient a pleasant, positive dental experience. She is a Cave Springs native and has generations of family living in Benton County. Diane was Dr. Ed Adair’s faithful assistant for 37 years, until his retirement. To this day she continues to be a reliable and loyal team member and one of the friendliest and most energetic people you’ll ever meet! She is co-owner of Crystal Hall in Rogers and enjoys designing beautiful wedding cakes. She is very active in her church and also likes to shop, travel, and laugh. Diane is married, has two married children, and is blessed with three grandchildren – Luke, Lucy, and Lily.
Ann, Registered Dental Assistant

Ann’s love of dentistry began in 1992 when she became a registered dental assistant. She has been with Adair Dental Arts since 2003. Along with Ann’s experience, she brings certifications in coronal polishing, radiography, nitrous oxide, and CPR. When Ann is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, her five children, and her amazing granddaughter.

April has been working in dentistry since 2008 and joined the Adair Dental Arts family in 2016. She keeps the wheels turning here with her organizational skills and attention to detail. Patients feel at ease working with her to discuss financing options for their dental care. She loves coming to work because no day is ever the same. Outside the office April enjoys interior design, and spending time with her husband Jake and their three children Noah, Lucille, Ellis and her BIG fur baby Behr!
